Usually i am not the type of person to write a review but this really annoyed me. I bought two vehicles from here. A challenger and a jeep. BOTH were used cars which isn’t a problem. i got my jeep about a year ago and never came across of removing my wheels until now i decided to do brake work. I couldn’t  remove the wheels due to having wheel locks. I was never given a key. came in and was respectful and asked for help to remove the wheel locks from the sales  department and spoke to kearnan or kaarnan. he told they wouldn’t be able to help since they don’t have the key and it’s a jeep. I WAS A SERVICE ADVISOR AT THAT LOCATION I KNOW  THEY CAN DO THE WORK. I KNOW THE TECHS HAVE AN EXTRACTION TOOL TO REMOVE WHEEL LOCKS. I ran the department. I know the technicians that work there which are my friends but i wanted to things properly  and get a written repair order to do it the correct way. i am not asking for free work nor replace my wheel locks. I would gladly pay for them. Turning me down and telling me non sense is crazy. Before you purchase a USED vehicle make sure your sales rep personally hands you the wheel locks or is in the glove box. I should’ve made sure i had it in the first place.

Had a good time with Sam there purchasing a used car - fair price and low dealer fees which is very nice - no haggle on the price which I was fine with because it was a good price but may be frustrating depending on on the car - I was trading in a car and they made me an offer 4k under the blue book so I would advise selling your car to carvana for way more money on your trade in but overall great experience very easy and they were very good about letting us drive multiple times and do a very full inspection of the car and engine. The facilities are very nice and clean - I won’t use it but I am sure their service center is nice as well. Overall definitely recommend if you need a good used car.

The overall experience was just okay. The service representative was very professional, very thorough with what the vehicle needed in the beginning as to be expected but lacked enthusiasm explaining the vehicle’s condition after (said that the result of the inspection will just be texted to me through a link). The wait time was off by 2 hours (dropped off vehicle at 8am, was told it will take 2 hours but didn’t get it back until 12pm). Didn’t ask to have the vehicle washed after, but didn’t expect my steering wheel to be slick and oily, likely from the service mechanic who worked on the oil change also handling the interior of the car with the same pair of glove. I know these are little things, but it’s the little things that makes good impression especially when the industry is saturated with other service providers around the area.

I just bought a 2025 RAV4 Hybrid Limited today which is a miracle if you have ever tried to find one in the Midwest. Mike the GM is a magician because the allocation I was promised by August is in my garage on June 13th!

Let’s work into our next touch which is Eric (sales) and Seanathan (finance), both reached out via text throughout the whole process and helped me pre-approve before arriving to the dealership. My loan was ready.

A quick test drive with Eric, Seanathan noticed me on my walk in, 45 minutes later, a few signatures and hand shakes I’m a happy customer!
