Second owner. Lived in for about 6 months. Toilet needs repairs new one is about 120 on Walmart app. Has slide out, two big propane tanks, one bedroom with lots of cabinets and huge storage under bed, tons of storage compartments outside, awning never used, tv, antenna and stereo with speakers installed throughout, fold away bed for couch, dining table with benches turns into bed, indoor bathroom and shower, fridge freezer, ac on top but I also just installed brand new $1000 mini split/heater two months ago, latter outside on top, brand new window tint I never put on, shower outside as well. Fire extinguishers, ask any questions. Bought for 9 asking $7000 obo
