Hand pump for water or city water option. Ice box (not refrigerated, think cooler) Propane stove (works great) New propane tank. Electrical has 12v with minimal hook up- only powers cabin lights but capacity to add more. 120v power with hook ups. Electrical outlet, cabin lights, ac/fan. AC/ fan in good operational condition.
