Selling my beautiful 1999 Triumph Thunderbird 900 for $2500 obo. I don't ride it enough to continue keeping it in my garage. I have ridden mostly in dry weather about 1000 miles per year, for the 6 years I've owned it, mostly on highways. I am a gentle rider, so have handled it nicely and mainly rode for leisure on PCH and Santa Cruz Mountains. It has never been downed.Registration good through late 2022. It has spent good amount of time on road, hence has about 57k miles on it. I bought it with 51k. BUT the engine still runs super strong. I still cant believe how quickly it accelerates for a 500 lbs motorcycle, definitely helps getting ahead of cars on lights and merging on freeways. It has not required any major repairs except for few things as under: 1. Replaced front left fork seal 3 years ago 2. Replaced igniter 4 years ago 3. Replaced ignition coil 2 years ago 4. Replaced spark plugs 2 years ago 5. Changed brake fluid 6 months ago 6. Replaced the throttle cable last month This motorcycle is READY TO RIDE. It rides very well. Very stable going against winds and powerful enough to glide through gusts.
