I am selling a leather couch. Smoke free and pet free house, single living. No stains and material is intact and in great shape. Only drawback is that the hinge on the right side recliner mechanism is broken(as shown in pictures) which causes that side to sag when recliner is open. It can mostly be used as a seat only. Open to negotiation if reasonable
