After looking at several vehicles in the Greater Cincinnati area, we were very pleased with the one we found here. We had very strict guidelines for what we were looking for in a "new to us" used car. They also have a large selection to choose from.
The financing went smoothly and they worked hard to find us the best rate and a payment within our budget. As a matter-of-fact, their entire staff was enjoyable to deal with! We drove away in our newly purchased car extremely happy.

I would think twice before choosing this dealer. Very predatory and tried to get my husband and I to sign a waiver removing the 30 day warranty.  Then, a few days after immediately bought the car, the service lights went on and when we took it to the Chevy mechanic, we learned that 3 modules were bad and it would cost $2500 to repair.  The dealer refused to honor the warranty even though we were within the 30 days and now we ate going to start legal proceeding.
If you want to avoid headaches, do not buy from here.

Received full services from Auto Arena since 2017 and was always pleased with the results and care put into my vehicle. I’ve watched the business grow and expand to offer and provide more services, and they continue to thrive due to their customer service and quality. They are often very busy so be prepared to wait awhile. I appreciate the services they’ve done for me for the past nearly 8 years. Unfortunately they will not do business with me anymore, but every business has a right to refuse service to someone and a right to be selective about whom they work with. If I had any other choice, I’d still choose to put my money towards this business. Thanks to all the guys who serviced my car over the years and to Mustafa who took great care of my vehicle and insurance needs. All the best to you guys.

I had an amazing experience at Auto Arena! These guys are truly the best—professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. Auto Arena does NOT want to honor the 30 day warranty.

I purchased a 2022 Chevy Bolt from Auto Arena with a 30-day warranty.

Within a couple of days, the service light came on, and a Chevrolet dealership found three damaged computers, costing around $3,000 to replaced.  Auto Arena has a full car service department and doubt that they did not know about it.

I notified Auto Arena within the 30 warranty period, but they kept delaying my requests, claiming someone out of the country had to make the decision. They dragged it out until the warranty expired, then stopped taking my calls and never call me back.

They initially offered to let me return the car, but when I agreed, they refused. I also discovered they covered a scratch on the windshield with a sticker price and things of that nature.   While signing the agreement to purchase the car they also wanted me to sign a letter voiding my warranty at the same time they gave me a 30 day warranty.  The salesperson kept insisting with the office manager that I should sign that. Overall, very shady practices. I strongly encourage others to avoid buying from Auto Arena.

I have been talking to the owner, Mustaffa, about honoring my 30 day warranty.  While, his is communicating regularly with me after I put my bad review, Mustaffa only wants to pay me $1500 and not the full amount of the 30 day warranty, about $2500, under the condition to remove my bad reviews.  I told him that his offer is not fair and asked him to pay me at least $1800 to cover most of my extra expense.  He refused and texted me saying that I am harrasing his business and I must stop.  He also wanted me to return the car because he said via text that he will NOT cover the 30 day warranty he gave me because he would be losing money in my car.

I did not have a car for 3 weeks and already paid the manufacturer for the repairs so, return is not an option.

I am taking Auto Arena to court and hope I find justice in the system.
I highly encourage NOT TO BUY CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS.  It is very dishonest and a shame for small businesses communiry.  They will promise anything to make the sale and then do not honor it.
