Very unique piece and impossible to find in stores. Discontinued by the manufacturer and out of stock at all online retailers. Mattress not included. If you're interested, I will sell it to you for an additional $150. It is a twin memory foam originally $350 from Costco. Barely used, it's always been in the guest room.
