Description
The ETR (Elliptical Table Rod base) or “surfboard” table was designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1951. It utilizes two of the wire bases they designed for their LTR tables which support a long, elegant oval top. The plywood top is covered in black mica (the only color option offered in the 1950s) and the two wire bases are silver. This particular table is in good shape overall, with signs of wear in scratches to the top surface (see photos). $750 OBO 89ʺW × 29.5ʺD × 10ʺH
