If I could leave a no star review I would. I took the riders academy this last week. I was so exited to get a bike. A friend of mine referred it to this location. I walked through the whole showroom looking at bikes. Taking pictures. And not 1 sales person came up to see if I needed any help. Maybe being an older female they didn’t think I was really in there to purchase my first bike. Well I will take my business to another location, because I have every Intention on having a bike delivered to my home this week.

Bought a new motorcycle from these guys, and first and foremost, want to say that Luis the salesman was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend you do business with him. He is friendly, professional, and patient. Drove all the way from San Diego to get a bike, and was not disappointed. Only reason for -1 star is the finance guy. He is aggressive, and does become condescending if you aren’t interested in buying any extra products. I told him multiple times I was just here to buy a bike. After about 5 times of repeating the same sales pitch to me, he finally just started tossing papers in front of me, “sign here, sign here, sign here, I fall behind if I do not get through this quickly”. Just make sure you go in knowing what you want, I strongly believe you will have a great experience overall.

Generally go here for bike service that’s not an oil change but leaving 1 star because of poor service. Last time I got quoted 80 per wheel bringing my own tires for bike around 2-3 years ago. Now they charge me 141 per wheel for bringing own tires and they don’t even do a good job placing the wheel weights. You’d think they would consider cleaning the surface before placing the wheel weights but the area was dirty. Good thing there was a mark where the weights were considering they didn’t clean the area. I don’t mind they didn’t clean my whole wheel but at least clean the area where you stick the wheel weights.

Worst experience with a very rude (and apparently only one) finance personnel. He was very rude and rushing my husband to sign the finance documents, not even giving him time to review the documents. Did not take the time to listen about why my husband is double checking VIN # due to misleading information from a prior purchase. Had we not driven 6 hours round trip I would’ve left. He told us he was rushing because he had to get ready for the next customer despite the fact that it was 9:30 am and we were the only customers there. No apologies after I pointed out that he was very rude. Was told by sales rep that we are not the first customers to complain about him. This is my husband’s second time purchasing from this business. And probably will not return or refer if the same individual remains employed here. I cannot understand why this behavior allowed in a business. Businesses only exist when customers exist. We are spending thousands of dollars on RECREATIONAL vehicles. We want to know what we are signing. So I hope the owner can see this review and address his staff. Other than the finance guy, the floor staff were very pleasant, helpful, and nice.

I purchased my motorcycle here a few years ago and had a great experience doing so, but I was not having my motorcycle serviced here because there were other local shops that were able to do that... but man was that a mistake! Wheels in Motion has better pricing, better communication, and better service than the places I was taking it before.

Jesse helped me out and kept constant communications with me, without trying to upsell me on services. He gave me a list of recommendations per the owner's manual that should be followed, but none of the recommendations were straight upselling which is a very nice change of pace experience coming from the places before.
