I was very impressed with the good, honest and transparent customer service I received! Of all dealerships, I got the most fair and reasonable offer for my vehicle. I also fell in love with a vehicle they had on the lot; I was looking for it everywhere but everywhere else it was overly priced. Here they had the lowest price and because they offered me such a good price on my trade in and had their vehicle listed very reasonably, I was able to buy the car. It’s day 4 of owning the car, it runs absolutely great and I have no concern. I’m glad I brought my business here, I will definitely be back.

I want to start out by saying that I have nothing but positive things to say about the two brothers who own/work at Import Auto World. I have been looking at trucks for a long time now looking to find the right deal. When I saw a truck I was interested in I sent them an email and within 5 minutes Reza had called me to give me more information. We then were able to set up a time to view the truck the next day after work around 730 pm. It wasn’t until I arrived that I realized that he had come in on his day off to show the vehicle. Both brothers were patient and respectful and didn’t try to push me into buying. I ended up loving the truck I went to see and purchasing it that same night. The two brothers stayed at the place until 10 at night until the deal was done. They not only gave me a excellent price but financed the vehicle at a fair rate. I also want to point out that the review that Ryan W. left saying the vehicle was not as advertised and spent money on flight to come see it is a fool because I ended up buying that same truck and it clearly stated that the interior was black leather. I highly recommend this place to all car buyers.

Walked in to buy a family car on a whim. Reza, Ali and Hector were all honest, friendly, and didn't pressure us into a vehicle. We got a great used car for a good deal. Not to mention they all have great personalities and treated us like family. Second purchase from them and we are quite pleased.

My husband and I bought a 2009 Dodge Journey from Import Auto World recently. When I test drove it, I noticed the breaks were squealing and I heard  a faint clicking sound. I could not tell exactly what it was. I wasn't too sure this was the car for me, but my hubby really wanted it, and we really needed another vehicle. I told the salesperson (I won't name names) that I thought there was a break issue. We ended up deciding to purchase the car with the agreement that he would have the breaks checked before we came back with a cashier's check. He shook my hand and we did the paperwork.

When we came back he had not had anything checked. Instead, he looked at them himself and said it's just break dust. It still has at least 40% break pad left, and that is all they are legally required for. I wasn't really happy about that, and in hindsight, should have walked away. Later, I took it to the mechanic that I already trusted. It turns out that the breaks were done badly in the first place. It needed all new roters, new pads, struts and a few other problems. I just bought this car, and I had to pay $1200 in repairs and I barely drove it.

The salesperson asked me to give him a great review. He told me to come to him first if I have any issues. He also shook my hand and lied to my face. I don't trust the company to do the repairs, so I did not talk to them before leaving this review.

We are very pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Rick. He is an awesome person. Rick cares about your situation and is willing to help you through the entire car purchasing process. We traveled from three hours away just to purchase our family SUV from Import Auto World, Inc. We would do it again in a heartbeat! :)
