Their phone tree loops with the enthusiasm of a DMV nightmare, each robotic repetition reminding you that your soul—and your call—is being recorded for the express purpose of never being heard.

If, by some cosmic accident, you do reach a living human being, consider yourself chosen by the fates. Post about it. Sing songs. Etch it in stone. Because I, a willing customer, armed with money and good intent, was ignored so thoroughly I began to question my own existence.

They must be rolling in gold-plated indifference, because I tried to give them money. Tried, like a pilgrim on a doomed quest. In the end, I took my business—and my dignity—elsewhere, where they understood that “customer service” is not a cryptid.

May this review haunt them like the ghost of opportunities wasted, echoing through their Yelp pages and whispered by HR reps in nervous meetings for years to come. May their great-grandchildren flinch every time they hear a dial tone.
