This is a modified 2DS. It is preinstalled with Mario Kart 7, Super Smash Bros, Tetris Axis, SteamWorld Heist, Urban Trial Freestyle, and Out Run 3D. Note you are able to delete games and install other 3DS games of your choice via Freeshop or the Internet on the computer. It is able to have custom themes, sounds, emulators, 3DS games, DS games, game hacks, etc. A modified 2DS will be able to do a lot of things, you’re open to a lot of accessibility. PLEASE NOTE the 2DS does not come with its original stylus, but I will include a white stylus.
