I called inquiring about a vehicle and got the displeasure of speaking to the owner.  He is the most unprofessional person I've ever spoken to in my life. As you can see by his 3rd grader level responses to anyone who dares criticize him on here, he exhibits no professionalism whatsoever.

I spoke to him about the price of the car and fees. I didn't want to waste anyone's time so I cut to the chase on what I was willing to pay. It was evident we wouldn't come to an agreement which was totally fine, at least for me. Instead of realizing we couldn't make a deal and getting off the phone, he decided arguing with, insulting, and belittling me was the best idea. This guy seems to be very impressed with himself and some "corvette club" he runs that he mentioned about 10 times for no reason at all since it had nothing to do with a ford focus. He kept telling me I was delusional and using "arbitrary numbers" for going off of kelley blue book. He just didn't like that I wanted to pay mid range blue book and he wanted top blue book price. At one point he said something absolutely brilliant. He said, "I've sold more cars than you'll ever own." I'd hope so since he said he's owned this dealership since the 1990s so that wasn't quite the win he thought it was. I kept telling him thanks and we'd not come to a deal but he couldn't accept that and kept ranting and raving about everything he knows and his beloved "corvette club." His brazen arrogance is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I can't believe a "business man" would speak to the public in this manner. We may not have made a deal on this vehicle but the future could have brought a deal that suited us both. However, now, even if he met all of my terms, I'd never buy a vehicle from him. I sure hope he treats his employees better than this.

I'm not telling anyone to not shop here for a vehicle. I just want potential customers to be forewarned about and braced for what to expect from the owner.

Hopefully the owner will do some self reflecting and become more professional. It's doubtful he will. Instead I'm thinking he'll come on here with a ridiculous response.

Looking for a Mustang, skeptical with car salesman shadiness, but Hermes Auto Group  completely opposite. DO NOT BUY! purchased a 2017 Toyota 86 from Hermes auto in late oct 2024. within 2 weeks and 400 miles the car needed repairs.  Hermes informed me that this was not their problem and to refer to the 'Full coverage" warranty they had also sold me. Repairs took multiple months and the cost was well over 5000$ just to get the car to run properly. Neither Hermes nor the warranty have covered anything they promised too. The car would not have ever passed emissions according to Toyota, and that is how Hermes claims the car was in "good" working order.

Guy lied about my son's employment history, to the lender's, so that he could sell the car.  Very unprofessional and has caused my son a multitude of problems.  He didn't have the required amount of time for employment and shouldn't have been approved for the vehicle but because the seller lied, which he said right in front of me that he was going to do, he got the car but quickly lost his job and now has an over-priced car he cannot afford.  Thanks for nothing and teaching young adults how to scam the system.  Hermes Auto should not be allowed to sell cars and they should be on the hook for this car!
