Description

This trailer has an excellent layout, and is clean inside. The range, oven, and heater function. The refrigerator is electric and gas, but is not working. The hot water tank may, or may not be, cracked. We can't remember if we had it repaired, and there is some water damage to the floor in its vicinity. There are a couple of roof leaks, resulting in some ceiling damage in the bathroom (minor), and an extensive soft spot on the floor of the entryway. Overall, a decent trailer for its age, but it's not turn key.
