This includes a VRology cushion which is currently attached as well as the thinner original grey one, the original controller, and adapters so you can use a Samsung phone with USB C or the previous micro USB style and an adapter to offer the same options for passthrough charging. Please note, this will not work without the right phone, and the headset isn't supported anymore, so please don't buy this thinking you'll get a sweet VR headset that works out of the box with a full game/app store. :)
