Description

Buy now before summertime! These sell out on Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. Portable AC unit only used for one summer, in great used condition. Works for up to 450 sq ft. This worked really well for a large living room and kitchen area. Fits a window lengths up to 59”. The only defects are some residue from adhesive on the part that must go in the window (last picture). I had put foam adhesive on each side for a better seal. Does not affect functionality whatsoever. Note: in order to work properly, there is a hose that must vent out the window. All items included for that as well as the instruction manual and remote control. Must pick up - item is in its box/original packaging for storage in my storage unit near Mission District, the facility has parking and a mutual area we can meet
