Purchased vehicle on 12-12-24
-Check engine light came on at 12-12-24 that night same Day.

- Returned the car back to the dealership the next day on 12-13-24
- An appointment was made for service for 12-20-24 with A Main sales representative named Nigel
- The Passenger Side window stopped working and would not roll up on 12-14-24. Returned to the dealership that day and no one could repair the window because it was Saturday.
- Returning home from the store On  12-14-25 to 12-15-24 the vehicle shut off on me while driving on the Road. It later started after several attempts.
- I called the dealership on 12-16-24 and spoke with the accounts manager Emily and she confirmed they would pick up the vehicle the same Day.
- They Did not pick it up on 12-16-24
- I called on 12-17-24 and was sent to Emily’s voicemail she did answer. They did not pick up the vehicle.
- I called on 12-18-24. I spoke to Emily and she apologized for the inconvenience and said someone will pick it up today.

They eventually picked up the vehicle. They have had the vehicle ever since.

They called around the week of  12-25-24 letting me know the vehicle had still not been fixed and were requesting payment. I let them know I hired an attorney. They said they would now communicate with the attorney.

My attorney sent a letter. They sent a response. As of 05-26-25 they have not contacted me for a resolution or to return my funds.

This is a horrible place to buy a car. It seems they don’t care about their customers and reputation. Stay far away from this place.

Mission accomplished✨✨ I recommend anyone that is need of a vehicle or simply looking to get a new one shop with Sports & Imports. I called to ask about being interested in one of their cars and ended up being asked if I could come into one of their locations. As if it was magic 🪄 proof went in and got a car that same day. Of course with a reasonable and low down payment. The sales associate that handle my application was so professional and made the process a comfortable enjoyable experience. I wasn’t pressured into buying or settling for something I didn’t like. I was allowed the time and patience to make my decision while testing driving the multiple, I emphasize multiple cars in the inventory. Big shout out to the Buford location and even bigger shout out to Denny one of the most respectful and hardworking associates I have encountered. Thank to you I was able to achieve ownership of a vehicle.✨

Gave me a ride to their location and Buford and met with J_Duncan_Boots made sure I was in and out had everything ready I just had to test drive. Highly recommend!

Ms.Nina is the reason why I continue to be a customer at sports and imports. She never has a bad day at all in my opinion and she treats me and my husband with much respect and not just anything.
It’s very rare to find kind hearted people especially in the sales world. But she is authentic and very caring. She is absolutely amazing. Every time I call to make a payment she is always spontaneous and just so kind. I appreciate her so much. I wish there were many more ms Nina’s around. She doesn’t ever cut me off while I’m speaking and always says hello how are you. You never know what one may be going through and how your words could help someone. I know it’s her job but she truly has a passion for the human race.

Because of her is again the reason why we are still customers and definitely will be buying again as long as she is still there after we pay this car off.
