The skirt (complete with a decent sized LOVELY TRAIN) has a CHAMPAGNE colored SATIN under LAYER with multiple delicate white chiffon - like layers on top. The DAINTY LACE CATCHES THE LIGHT and has a BEAUTIFUL LUSTER… The SKIRT hangs and FLOWS SO NICELY and there is an underskirt that comes with if you want the skirt to appear more full. There is plenty of length in the skirt so can accommodate someone taller. Picture of the size chart shows specific measurements. My daughter was between a 2-4 so we ordered the 4.
