Not compatible with Windstream, but does work with most cable ISPs Bought it back in Norfolk VA and was able to play player vs. player mode well in World of Warcraft. Unfortunately if you want WiFi you need to connect a router through this modem via the Ethernet port. Coaxial input only. I have verified it works, and the modem comes with the box, power adapter, an Ethernet cable and I’ll also give you a coaxial cable for free! Main bonus of owning a modem versus renting one is you save a lot of money. Most modems are rented at around $12 a month or $144 per year. First year you will save $84, and the next $228, and the year after $372. If Windstream used coaxial I would keep it!
