This is a great project for someone handy or who knows someone handy! Runs and drives great with only 85,000 original miles – very low for its age. It will need a new battery, It does not hold a charge very well. It’s built on a Toyota dually chassis, so it’s known for reliability and great fuel economy. We originally bought it to gut and convert, but it ended up being too small for our needs. It has potential to be restored or tear it down and make it a flatbed. We have an affidavit of ownership ready for the buyer. Onan Microlite 2.2 Genset generator – Turns over and starts. Oven and hot water heater work great. No pluming leaks. A/C runs but the fan is loud (needs serving) Solid flooring throughout-comes with the rest of the flooring to finish once the bathroom is remodeled. Lighting has been removed and capped off comes with one new light fixture. Bathroom will need a redo - there was a previous leak in the shower. The two roof vents will need replaced.
