This set includes a barrel, 2 dumbbell handles, and the following weights: 7.5 pounds x 10 (75 pounds) plus 2.5 pounds x 10 (25 pounds) for 100 pounds in total weight. This would make an awesome starter set for someone that has a limited budget. Get fit and save money!
