It is super comfy and handmade in Oregon. The sides are torn up from a cat. There is no cat pee on it, it is in pretty good condition other than some of the fabrication tears. Very heavy, will need at least two people to lift it down three flights of stairs. The recliner mechanism works great, pull a lever and it will pop up. Free couch! (Pillows included if wanted)
