Vintage Art Print of Blind Girl “SPRING SONG” by Simon Glucklich

This is a 1922 vintage print reproduction of the famous print by German artist Simon Glucklich, titled “Spring Song”, depicting a blind girl listening to a songbird.  It was painted around the turn of the century and prints of it were very popular in the 1920’s. The story behind this picture says the artist painted his blind daughter as the young girl. The 8x10 picture in a greenish/blue frame measuring 8-3/4 x 10-3/4. The frame is in great condition. Bottom left of print marked © R. Melville, NY; back of frame has sticker “House of Art New York”.  The paper on the back has a lot of tears and is missing many pieces, just showing its age!
