Description

Wittco, Model # 1826-5, half-sized heated holding and transport cabinets in excellent condition. It has a blower motor for perfectly even temperature distribution, simple knob actuated electronic control for holding at temperatures up to 190ºF ( 88ºC ). Adjustable tray slides hold full size sheet pans, or full size 2" hotel pans. Cabinet interior and exterior are both constructed out of 20 gauge stainless steel Recessed side mounted handles allow for easy transport, magnetic action door latch, and full insulation 2" side walls and 2" top. Integrated steel frame for maximum strength. Dimensions: 27 1/4"W x 33"D x 35 1/2"H (with 5 " casters) &650 + tax
