So it will start, stop, and run as it should! Title Status: Lost Buyer must apply for new title. This requires: 1) bill of sale. We have this from the prior owner who is more than happy to go to the DOL as well. 2) you have to apply for title with DOL 3) vehicle must be inspected to insure its not stolen which we have already confirmed.
