Need to get these picked up by July 31! Sofa and loveseat in good, but used, condition. Bought 2 years ago. The color is a nice deep red and they are very comfortable. Usage of the sofa has been everyday, but the love seat has barely been used. Smoke-free home. Dimensions: Sofa: 90 x 39 x 40 inches Loveseat: 67 x 39 x 40 inches One thing to note: One of the arms of the love seat is broken inside. You can’t obviously see it, but there is a bit of a sagging to that side. It does not affect the seating portion. This happened when it was newly bought, possibly during transportation. Pick up in Lynnwood, just off of I-5 at 164th Street. Will take offers.
