This is my 4th leased car with a Caruso Ford Lincoln. My first experience back in 2015 went so smoothly when it was time for me to return my lease. I stayed with Caruso Lincoln going back this time I stayed because of Richard Pineda. He was very professional, yet friendly, courteous, and informative. When it came to picking my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, which has a totally different dashboard than my previous, he showed me a lot of the technology and answered all my questions. As a woman and senior citizen, I truly appreciate his kindness.

You will also find staff that is warm and friendly.  We worked with Sherri Atkins,  the Service Advisor.  She arranged for us to have a loaner car, kept us informed re the repairs needed and had our car delivered to us at home when repairs were completed.  Thank you all for another great experience.

I'm pretty much at my wits end with the service department at this location.  I usually try stick with the dealership when it comes to my cars service but I've been to this location a handful of times now, and every time the service department has been far less than adequate.  One thing I'd like to highlight:  Get rid of the appointment scheduler on your website.  If I schedule an appoint at 1:30 and I have to wait an additional hour for you to start looking at my car.  What's the point?  Just leave it as a first come first serve basis at that point.

Now, on to today.  I came in KNOWING that my front headlight had a bad cable that needed to be re-crimped.  Unfortunately I don't currently have the tools to replace it and I really didn't want to be driving without a headlight, so I saw an opening today and I took it.  I should have just waited.  I spoke with the service attendant asking him to explicitly look at my front right headlight cable.  He assured me that they HAD to do the full $200 inspection.  I understand there's "procedure", but come on.  Where's the customer service there?  I know the problem, and I'm trying to make the technician's life easier by telling them exactly where to look.  I don't want or need the full inspection.  I bit the bullet and went with it after the attendant assured me that the full cost of the repair would be taken out of the cost once everything was said and done.  So I asked: " The cost of the service will be taken out of the cost of the inspection?"  He said yes.  And lo and behold.  Come time to checkout (after waiting for 2.5 hours), I'm paying almost $400 for a new headlight cable.

I tried to pay for the convenience and lost.  I'm not sure what the rest of the dealership looks like, but I would highly recommend going anywhere else when it comes to car service.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard to purchase my F150, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Richard was incredibly patient and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, addressing all of my questions with clarity and care. His attention to detail made me feel confident in my decision, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable.
