I would rate them a 10 if possible. This has been the best experience we have had with RV repair. We were traveling and needed to replace the batteries in our Transit  van and stopped at Speedway RV in Monroe Washington. Stacie was able to help us get the new batteries and get them installed. Through the process James found we had a solar panel controller that needed replaced and was installed improperly from the factory. Stacie got approval from the warrantee and had the parts ordered. James was great to work with and took the time to explain everything to us. They were able to schedule us to complete the job so we could continue our trip to Alaska.

Phenomenal service. Nat in the sales department was a breeze to work with. Financing was great at making sure we got the absolute best rate we could.

We had a slight hiccup after bringing our camper home and they made everything right and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Scott was wonderful showing us trailers based on what we were looking for and he didn’t show us trailers out of our price range. We didn’t feel any pressure to make any decisions plus he was a hoot to chat with! The next day, I decided to call Scott and proceed with the next steps. He took my information over the phone (we live on Camano Island) then later that day heard from Damon in finance who was also great to work with. He was able to send over the documents via Doc U Sign so we didn’t have to make another trip to Monroe. The service gal (I apologize I forgot her name) called me two days later and we set up our walk through on the trailer for next Friday! Can’t wait to get our trailer! The process was very smooth and felt informed throughout the process. 10/10 recommend buying from Speedway RV 😊

Just bought a new Apex travel trailer from here, and were very happy with the entire experience.  Unlike other places we visited, there was no high sales pressure.  We just found the model we wanted, made an offer, and purchased it.  No gimmicks, no hidden fees or add ons.  Just nice people making honest deals.  (and no, they didn't solicit this review!).
