This 05 civic is not Maryland inspected. We will not be Maryland inspecting this vehicle therefore it is not available to Maryland residents. Out of state buyers only. This civic runs and drives nicely, but the paint is in rough shape. There is a dent in the front bumper that can be knocked out. The AC hose is clogged and needs replaced.
