This is the Noldendo Miicro, designed and open sourced by Nold on the Bitbuilt forums. It is a Nintendo Wii that has been re-sized to fit in a smaller form factor, and themed after the Nintendo GameCube. This is NOT a portable Wii. You must power it using the included cable via the barrel jack plug on the back, and plug it in to a TV using the included AV cable. It does NOT have HDMI support, so you must own a TV capable of composite video. It also does NOT have a disc drive. It cannot play games off of a disc. You must legally back up your Wii and GameCube games onto the included USB drive in order to play them. The Wii Micro uses RVLoader, a custom software designed by Aurelio for Wii projects like this. It loads games and homebrew software off of a USB drive. RVLoader is installed on the included USB drive. The Bluetooth module and MX chip have been relocated and are functional.
