1976 Shasta CT Vintage Camper Trailer

Used 1976 Shasta CT camper trailer. It is 15’ by 8’ and weighs around 2500 lbs. Clean title in hand. Can provide bill of sale. This 42 year old camper has never gone through a full remodel or rebuild. It has gone through normal wear and tear and would be a great project for a glamper trailer or Airbnb rental. All plumbing, gas, and interior electrical works. It also comes with a toolbox mounted to the back for more outdoor storage. Also included is a 700 watt generator for charging the battery. The fridge, oven, and stove are all in working order. It also has a TV and microwave, all are functional. There are no leaks, everything is water tight. There is a little water damage in the bathroom and the ceiling. We are unsure the extent of the water damage, but could be an easy repair for a qualified individual. A few of the ceiling panels are soft, but this is from 42 years of use. We love the camper but have a tight timeframe to renovate it before our trip so wanted someone to have it who could spend more time to give it some TLC. Towing lighting is not currently working, but that is an easy fix. Tires are in good shape, only have about 1500 miles on them. A few original exterior pieces are cracked or broken, but this doesn’t affect the functionality of the camper. Awning is functional but showing its age. Great project camper- won’t need a full rebuild but could look great with some updating. These sell for upwards of $10,000 once remodeled. They are also popular rentals on Airbnb.
