Hard-sided LIGHTWEIGHT (2800 lb) folding camper THAT FITS INSIDE A STANDARD GARAGE. 27 feet when set up and 20 feet when towing. Swing hitch allows to fit in smaller space for storage. Self-contained camper with kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, sink), bathroom (recirculating toilet, sink, shower), water heater, and fresh and grey water tanks. Queen size bed in back bunk and couch folds to twin size bed (4 inch pad included for couch). Lounge chair (with storage) and folding tables on either side of the sofa. Storage compartments in front and back of unit plus wardrobe closet, hanging cabinets, drawers, and pantry area plus area to store sewage gear and electric cord. Tires replaced last June including spare tire. A/C runs cold and furnace works- we have camped in extreme cold and extreme hot and stay very comfortable. Fridge runs on electric, battery, or gas. Manual adjustable awning. Everything works, no repairs needed. We are just ready to get something bigger as the kids are getting bigger. Can be towed with small truck or SUV.
