Rosdorf Park 3 piece black velvet sectional couch double chaise

PRICED TO SELL TODAY. ORIGINALLY HAD LISTED IT MUCH HIGHER. The couch is in excellent condition with no stains, damage, or marks. Only light use, was mostly decorative. I am the only owner and was gone traveling a lot so really didn’t get a lot of use out of it. Was originally $3,000 on Wayfair (screenshot included in photo, original purchase receipt available). The cushions are still firm looking with no dips at all - comfort level is about a medium firm, excellent for sitting and lounging. I am a very clean person and have taken great care of it. Will steam clean it though before handing it over for peace of mind as well. This has been in our apartment unit for a few years now, it’s huge! (Dimensions are in the photos) Tons of room to lounge and it really elevates the room. Fits with many different styles of decor. It’s definitely an elevated piece quality wise, and would be very hard to find something like this locally let alone comparable for the price anywhere, the original price is shown pre-tax.
