Capital City Imports is the opposite of trustworthy. They sell unreliable cars, refuse to stand behind what they sell, and damage credit when customers can’t keep up with constant breakdowns. Instead of building relationships, they take advantage of people and hide behind fake smiles. Their “mechanics” patch cars up just enough to push them out the door, only for the next buyer to suffer. Save yourself the headache—don’t become their next victim.

Capital City Imports helped me purchase my first ever car in my name! I was really nervous and skeptical at first just because I have never had to make such a big decision on my own. I went in wanting a certain vehicle, but with the help of Ahmed, I was able to find a car that was suitable for my use and my finances! He laid out all the numbers in front of me and was able to find a great deal on credit unions to help me with financing my vehicle. I ended up getting a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV and I LOVE IT! The process took a bit of juggling but we were able to get everything situated. Although the facility looks like it has had some better days, the warm feeling of welcoming and sense of family was apparent in the staff. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family. They also provide car rentals too if you needed. All around, great people.

Got a car from here. Broke down on the side of the road on the highway at night on i10 the same day. We had to call AAA because the dealership was closed. Nor would they give us a OUR MONEY BACK either. After that they had the car for a few weeks after, still expected a payment even though we didn’t have it since the day we got it, SHAME ON CAPITAL CITY!!! Car broke down part by part until we gave me back and they still hit our credit because we couldn’t keep up with fixing it ourselves because they tried to charge us more than the “mechanics” they had there. So, I’m sure they just fixed it up to be just as shitty as we got it to SCAM another person. DON’T EVER GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

One thing about capital city imports is that Matt Tucker went beyond to help me get a Ford F150 I will recommend going back to capital city imports to purchase another vehicle soon and not just Matt everybody that works for capital city imports, help in the long run. They did what they could try to get me into a vehicle most dealerships is charging 14k plus  for a vehicle that’s over 200,000 miles my vehicle have less than that and it was for the right price and I accepted it. thanks again Matt for getting me a vehicle. I want it and making sure you was  upfront with every single detail and not trying to go behind my back thanks
