The squat rack part of the machine has 4 quick release, 2 for the J cups and 2 for the safeties to be able to adjust to any numbered position. The Bench can be adjusted to upright, inclined, flat and decline position. Has removable leg holder with a quick release nob. The bench and Smith machine have floor protection covers.
