Dave and Steve were awesome! Dave sold us on the Evolution D-MAX GT4 golf cart, while we were doing donuts in the parking lot, jamming out to music. Out of all the carts, this one is top of the line! We appreciate all of these guys, and how Steve got us the best financing options to fit our budget. This has to be the most luxurious golf cart I have ever seen!!! I know a lot of these reviews talk about the sales side, but I want to share my experience with the Service department. I was introduced to Diego in Service, as I had a 2023 D5 that was sold by another dealer, which really wasn’t a good experience, so this vehicle hadn’t been serviced since it was purchased. I explained the need to Diego and with the work that was being done, he offered to do a diagnostic included in the cost. He immediately asked if they could pick it up the same day, as he had an opening. The team came our way, and periodically sent updates on their ETA. They came, were really pleasant, and were able to pick up the vehicle. Diego gave me updates on progress as well as what needed to be done in addition to some other work we wanted done. Later in the day, he told me it was done, and asked if they could drop it off. This was the same day. After I got over my shock, I agreed and they headed down. Diego personally came down with the team, went over what they did and was so pleasant to deal with. They were able do all this with the vehicle located in Downtown Dallas. Highly recommend Lone Star Golf Carts - Irving for not only purchase, but also service.

From start to finish, the staff at Lone Star Golf Cars made me feel valued as a customer. Ryan answered my questions with sincere gratitude and appreciation. My golf cart was delivered during a rain storm and the you man was very professional. Thanks guys!
