My whole life I have been skeptical of used car lots, but after my amazing experience with Jamel, I could not be happier! Not only was everyone super nice and welcoming, but Jamel did everything in his power to get me a better model tesla for as cheap as possible, but also threw in a charger to make the deal happen. Then, if that wasn't enough to make me love these guys a few days after I bought the car, I woke up to a flat tire. After going to try and get it fixed, it was unfixable, which really hurt. Even though it wasn't their fault, they still wanted to make it right and got me a brand new tire and got it installed for me at no cost. I dont think I've ever had the customer service experience in my life that I've had from Driven. Not only would I advise you to buy your next car here, I would give you a personal guarantee that you will not be disappointed! Seriously, Jamel, Im also brutally honest. Unquestionably the easiest and fastest car buying process I've ever gone through. Troy was patient and helpful from the start in terms of working with my hectic schedule. Upon visiting to check out the car I chose, I wanted to test drive an SUV and Eddie was great about making that happen. The atmosphere was chill, and no one was anxious or annoyed that I wanted to test drive other vehicles before going over the paperwork for the car I initially inquired about. Ralph explained the financing options and warranty info with clarity, wrapping up the seemless process... They had a very nice selection of quality used luxury vehicles, and you can tell whomever is buying these cars at auction has a keen eye for quality. I purchased a 2021 Jaguar XF R dynamic for my wife on 01/09/25 and so far she loves it. I have an inspection for it coming up on 0/17/25 just to ensure there's no major work that needs to be done which I don't suspect there will be but I'll update this review as necessary... For now, I would highly recommend stopping in and working with these guys on purchasing your next vehicle!
