Model Number LG LP0823GSSM Was purchased last July for around $400 and only used for a couple months, lightly used. Still in new-ish condition and works excellently. Comes with box, remote, styrofoam, tube, etc. Has 3 in 1 operation: cooling, dehumidify, fan. Oscillating air vent. Tube it came with can be used to plug into many other types of apartment buildings, etc. I think $250 is fair given it hasn't been used much. If you pick it up from my building, I can rent a dolly from leasing office to help wheel it to your car.
