Arizona's Best Cars was a delight to work with on my purchase of a 2022 BMW Z4.  Arthur was great from start to finish and was patient with me as I asked a lot of him.  I made the purchase without ever going to the dealership and asked Arthur to take a lot of video and pictures to ensure what I was getting was as described.  I then had the car shipped to my home in Northern Colorado.  I would definitely work with Arthur and Arizona Best Cars again.  Thank you for a fantastic experience and a car that I absolutely love!

I was initially hesitant about buying a car out of state, especially without seeing it in person, but my experience with Arizona Best Cars completely exceeded my expectations. I recently purchased a 2023 Tesla Model Y Performance, and Brian, the salesman, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable every step of the way.

Brian spent a lot of time with me on a video call, walking me through the car inside and out, answering all my questions, and even taking extra photos so I could see every detail. He went the extra mile by washing the car for me so I could see how clean and well-kept it really was.

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews you might read online — their customer service is outstanding and I found them to be honest, transparent, and trustworthy. Thanks to Arizona Best Cars and especially Brian, my wife absolutely loves the car!

Car buying experience was great. Real smooth and easy. Downfall: mechanic issues after purchase are not immediately fixed as promised. I had a cylinder misfire on my engine and was told to bring it back for repair just to be told it wouldn’t be fixed for a total of 3 days. Not a fan of miscommunication or lack of secondary communication in the event the office staff is unavailable

I used CarGurus to find a used car and reached out to Arizona Best Car (ABC). I got a text message with a link to ABCs website and the name of one of their associates. I called and was handed off to several different people. The last person seemed rushed. I asked about some damage on the dash and was told “it’s a used car…” then I asked about battery health, and was told “there are a lot of people calling about this car…” so I said I didn’t need to be pressured into buying the car and it sounds like they have plenty of people who will buy it anyways.

My CarGurus review was posted late June and on September 23rd I got an email from CarGurus saying ABC refuted my original review and that I had 7 days to respond or my review would be deleted. ABCs response was “you must of mixed us up with Arizona Best Autos located next door to us” my I initial thought was maybe he is correct, so I checked… he was wrong.

After further research there is a dealer next to them but their name is Americas best autos… this was a trend item too, as I went through other reviews ABC often passed the blame to the other dealership. Now that makes me wonder how many people didn’t take the time to respond to ABCs disagreement on their review resulting in the negative reviews being deleted.
