Description

This is an Alienware 17" laptop (M17 R2), with an unlocked (overclockable) 4-core CPU (6820HK), 32GB of DDR4 RAM, 1080p Screen, 250GB+500GB SSDs, and a GTX 980m. The CPU is hard-to-find and sought after, so goes for a high price on eBay. The two buttons underneath the track pad are slightly sticky from the rubber getting hot, but do not effect their functionality or performance. The laptop by itself is $300 OBO. Include the Graphics Amplifier and it's $400 OBO. I also have the Alienware Graphics Amplifier (eGPU) box. It officially accepts up to RTX 2000 series cards, but unofficially can accept 3000 series cards. Connect the proprietary cable to the laptop and you get around 90+% desktop performance from the graphics card inserted. I found that it could take a few times restarting the laptop to "catch", but once it does the laptop/amplifier combo is essentially a desktop at that point.
