1987 Skamper pop up camper

This is not your average Pop up camper. 17 1/2 feet long trailer before slide out beds are pulled out. Much bigger than you would expect. Sleeps 6-8 people. Wheels were cleaned up and repainted. All outside marker lights and tail light wiring replaced. Upgraded lift system with electric wench instead of hand crank, battery included. Canopy in excellent condition for its age. No leaks. Added reflectix insulation to the side windows (removable). Helps reflect heat out during the summer. Has a brand new spare tire. All tires are in good condition and holding air. Tires are only rated for 65 mph. Entire interior has been gutted and replaced. Remodel isn’t complete but it functions like it is. We’ve taken it out to surfside beach several times and a few state parks. All wiring has been replaced. Currently only using 110 wiring, but all 12 volt wiring is there just not hooked up. Power converter is still in it but not being used. 6,000 btu air conditioner installed under the back bench. Fans blow the exhaust out the exterior storage door. Piping and water tank was removed before we got it. Sink is installed. We put a bucket underneath and used a water container with a nozzle. A pop up shower is installed as well. It drains out the bottom where we again used a bucket. Had a gallon of water burst open on a trip so there is some bubbling of the inside paneling, but nothing serious. Comes with a mini fridge. Slide out beds are camper king and camper full. Mattress pads are in good condition. Dinette folds down into another bed and a smaller child could sleep on the back bench. We’ve put a lot of work into this camper and had a lot of fun with it. Getting rid of it because we upgraded to a hard shell. Price is firm. NO LOWBALLERS! No trades.
