Hello, I'm parting ways with my 1984 Toyota Dolphin Motorhome. It's 20 feet long and 7 1/2 ft tall. Has a rebuilt 22r four cyl. ( I have the recite from the work done on the rebuild. 5k miles on rebuild. Has metal timing chain guides. New alternator. 6 month old deep cycl batt for house power, 4 speed trans. Good clutch. New front discs and brake shoes. One new passenger side 8 ply front tire and like new tread on driver side. Two of the outside duelly tires ( 8 ply hankook) are new. Inner tires are bald. Has a 400 watt Flexible solar panel on roof hooked up to a charge controller which keeps the batteries topped off. Coach has lots of fixer up projects. Cabinets and countertops are rough. Carpets ripped out. I haven't gotten the water pump, fridge or hot water heater tested to see if they work. They may be easy to fix but arnt operating currently. 150 watt inverter to run interior lights and for device charging. Has some roof leaks and some water damage. Black water tank needs repairs. Grey water tank functions. Exterior aluminum siding is in need of repairs. The radiator is leaking a little. The coach is easy to drive and runs well and can fit in any parking space. Clean title. Odometer works. Have hitch but no wiring harness. Box bumper is rough. Changed oil and filter on Feb 5th. Broken ignition switch. No bad smells in the coach as I've used a composting toilet. Has small built in fresh water tank. One of rear windows has a plexiglass replacement and isn't sealed well. This RV would make an excellent candidate for a renovation because of its sound drivetrain. Call or text to test drive.
