1987 Wilderness Yukon

Trailer is in pretty good shape for it’s age. We’ve had some work done on the exterior and interior, and have receipts. The roof has been resealed and cleaned, along with the installation of new vents. No plumbing leaks as of the last time out (January of this year). The water pump sounds like it’s running, but it won’t prime. Other than that, the water system is fine. Hot water heater works, but sometimes goes out. If I leave the heater cover open, it works fine. Not sure what that’s about. Bathroom fan needs to be wired to switch. Battery is good. Propane tank is full. Furnace, refrigerator, stove, and air conditioner work. I had a 120 volt wall heater installed for when you’re hooked up to power. New mattress. Tires are in good shape. Back bumper that normally houses the sewer hose is rusted out on bottom in some areas, but is solid. Awning has small hole in fabric near the center, right next to trailer roof. According to the previous owner, he had replaced the wheel bearings. Weighs approximately 5300 lbs. Serious inquiries only please. Will consider trades.
