Description

Trailer is in pretty good shape for it’s age. We’ve had some work done on the exterior and interior, and have receipts. The roof has been resealed and cleaned, along with the installation of new vents. No plumbing leaks as of the last time out (January of this year). The water pump sounds like it’s running, but it wouldn’t prime. Other than that, the water system is fine. Hot water heater works, but sometimes goes out. If I leave the heater cover open, it works fine. Not sure what that’s about. Bathroom fan needs to be wired to switch. Battery is good. Propane tank is full. Furnace, refrigerator, stove, and air conditioner work. I had a 120 volt wall heater installed for when you’re hooked up to power. New mattress. Tires are in good shape. According to the previous owner, he had replaced the wheel bearings. Serious inquiries only please.
