Has: - roughly 25,000 miles - all paperwork for all work done over the history of its life - runs and drives with no mechanical issues - new catalytic converter put on 2022 - both the living room bay and outdoor canvas operate as expected - generator runs - hvac - hot is hot and cold is cold - plumbing is pvc and up to spec - recently inspected and serviced Some things that need attention: - minor delamination - relay switch for generator needs to be replaced - automatic front door steps stopped working - rv is still banked owned - there will be a transfer process, please consider this before inquiring - thanks.
