Solid Oak  Cleaned and restored with Restore-A-Finish in Oak Treated with Beeswax Wood Polish and Conditioner Hidden Compartments  Drawers in great condition/slide easily  Chair - Solid Oak from 1980’s  Chair - in perfect condition (no restoring needed) Chair - oiled and conditioned The wood has been oiled and conditioned to shine. Would be great in an office, sitting room, or bedroom.  Due to the age of the piece the roll top door at the top, the padding has disattached from the piece.  Door still rolls fine and you don't notice it unless you are looking for it.
