Its forward shifting design targets your spinal stabilizers more than a traditional bar due to its placement higher on the neck. Typically goes for $225 or more on Amazon, Rogue, EliteFTS, or other people selling it. I’ll sell it for half or less than those other brands. In good, working condition with a ton of value to your lifting career. Use it for squats, good mornings, standing calf raises, or Hatfield squats.
