Water hook up for sink, electric water pump, electric roof fan and a mini fridge. No propane hook up, no 12v hook up, no bathroom, no AC. Just 110v hook for generator or camp ground. Has new axle and two new wheels along with a spare wheel. Pink slip in hand, has PTI tags so no yearly fees. Asking $8,000 NOT IN A HURRY TO SELL.
