both still work and are used daily, but are a little dusty obviously. both are covered under applecare, but not for much longer. will transfer the plan upon purchase if you wish though. first three pictures are of the 2nd gen, with a minor imperfection on the fabric from incense stick ash but i believe it could be washed if you’re comfortable doing so (it’s not super noticeable). 2nd gen has a box 1st gen was repaired and came with a generic box🫶🏼
