I made an appointment last week to come in this morning for an oil change and get my tires rotated. I pulled up to the service area and was sitting in my car and was ignored for 30 minutes so I decided to just back out and leave. Made an appointment at a Chevy dealership across town instead. I don't know what happened but I've owned a total of 10 cars in my life, all different brands and I've never experienced customer service like this before, not even at a Mitsubishi dealership. I'll give it 2 stars because the front desk lady was nice, maybe I'll try again in the future.

Edited: after returning on my second trip to get work done on my car, Richard and Sean took care of me. I would like to thank Richard for reaching out and did his best to retain my business and gave me a good deal in the service department. What Richard did is how you create a loyal customer. Will be back in the future to get work done!

I built my Buick online and then it showed me dealerships that had my exact match and the computer said that you had 2. I called to verify since I live 150 miles away. I was partnered with Laurie Barnes. Laurie went out of her way to check stock and verify that you had the car. Then she made arrangements with me to come down and drive it. When I got there the car was right in the front under a canopy and the car had been washed and was clean and absolutely beautiful!! We went for a test drive and she explained all of the features and showed me how things worked. From that point I was ready to buy. The other people that I dealt with were great also but Laurie represented your dealership with such caring and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with my car, it is gorgeous and I get compliments everyday. I definitely would come back to purchase another car and would recommend Laurie and Yates Buick to everyone who asks. Thank you again for such a great experience.

Usually car shopping is stressful and frustrating and quite honestly an awful experience. James W. Was easy going, kind and made the process pleasant. We found a beautiful Infiniti and were able to purchase it for an amazing price. Thank you James and thank you Yates family!

Do not buy from this dealership. They will say sweet and convincing words but none of those are true.. I finance car from them last Drcember 2024 but after I start financing They eont help you get the original title of the car. 1 star gor customer service is all I can give. If you denies it I got proof. Also one of those who gave them five star are their employee at that time.

Kris was amazing from the very beginning. A few months ago, when we first walked in, he was very pleasant and inviting. He really took the time to understand my needs. At the time, we weren’t quite ready to make a move, and we let him know—we told him we’d come back when the time was right.

Fast forward a few months, I happened to be there again because my parents needed a new truck. That’s when I saw the Hummer in the perfect color and decided it was time to make the change. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Kris and his manager made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
